These terms govern use of calo.lat accounts, public pages, calculators, AI features and subscriptions.

Using calo.lat

Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful content.
You are responsible for the profile content, claims, services and follow-up communications you publish.
Admin may suspend, ban or remove accounts and content that violate these terms or create platform risk.

Calculator and AI outputs are informational estimates, not diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, lender quotes or guaranteed outcomes.
Verify important decisions with a qualified professional and authoritative sources.
Do not use calo.lat to provide unsafe clinical dosage instructions or misrepresent generated content as professionally validated.

calo.lat sends inquiry details to the profile owner. It does not form the contract between visitor and professional, process seller payments, fulfill orders or guarantee either party.
Free documents may require express newsletter consent before download. Profile owners are responsible for lawful email content, unsubscribe handling and honoring consent withdrawals.
Affiliate recommendations use tracked calo.lat redirects and may compensate the profile owner. Visitors should evaluate third-party products independently.
Profile owners are responsible for pricing, taxes, licensing, delivery, refunds and disputes with their clients.

Free and Pro allowances are described on the pricing page. AI limits reset daily using UTC.
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew for the selected billing interval until cancelled.
Use the Stripe customer portal to manage or cancel. Access normally continues through the paid period. Refund rights required by applicable law are unaffected.

The service may change, pause for maintenance or discontinue features. Reasonable care is used, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, calo.lat is not liable for professional decisions, transactions between users, or indirect losses caused by reliance on estimates or third-party services.
