Privacy Policy

This policy explains what calo.lat processes when people create profiles, use public tools, contact professionals, or subscribe.

Information we process

Account name, email, password hash, profile content and settings.
Lead, booking, inquiry and consent details submitted voluntarily to a professional, including consent-gated download requests.
Subscription identifiers and status from Stripe; calo.lat does not store full payment-card numbers.
AI questions, relevant page context and usage counts when a registered user asks the assistant.
Security and performance information such as IP-derived visitor hashes, browser information, referrer and UTM values.

Provide accounts, public profiles, calculators, contact workflows, analytics and subscriptions.
Protect forms and accounts, enforce daily limits, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
Send verification, reset and inquiry notification emails.
Improve page and calculator usefulness using aggregated activity.

Ordinary calculator inputs are processed to return a result and are not stored as calculator records.
calo.lat does not intentionally store health or pregnancy inputs in profile analytics. Analytics records the event type, not the entered values or result.

MySQL and application files are hosted through Hostinger.
Stripe processes subscription payments.
Configured SMTP providers deliver account and inquiry email.
Ollama receives AI prompts and the limited context shown to the user.
Google AdSense may process advertising information only after advertising consent. These providers may process information in other countries under their own safeguards and policies.

Public profile owners can make their profile private and edit or remove content.
Users may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@calo.lat.
Operational records are kept only as long as needed for the service, security, legal obligations and dispute handling. Professionals receiving inquiries are independently responsible for their own follow-up records.
